Senior Vice President of Administration and Finance
The Office of the Senior Vice President of Administration and Finance is responsible for providing strategic leadership to, and direction of, the Institute's finance and planning functions and strategic management of its financial and capital resources.
This office oversees and manages a wide range of business and financial functions, including financial systems planning, institutional budget and planning, sponsored project accounting, controllership and treasury. Reporting units include: Institute Budget, Planning and Administration; Capital Planning and Space Management; Institutional Research and Planning; Organizational Development; Environmental Stewardship; Real Estate Development; and Financial Services (which includes the Bursar, Controller, Treasury Services, and Grants and Contracts Accounting).
Also under the purview of the SVP for Administration and Finance is the Decision Support Group (DSG). The DSG is structured to provide the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) with accurate, timely and relevant information to set direction, identify and evaluate alternatives, and develop and implement strategies. The DSG is comprised of the following operational units: Institute Budget Planning and Administration, Institutional Research and Planning, Organizational Development, Capital Planning and Space Management, Grants and Contracts Accounting, Bursar's Office, and Environmental Stewardship.
